If you contact us by email, Google Workspace processes the message and keeps a copy in our mailbox for handling your request. Do not include secrets or customer data.
The application runs on Google Cloud in Belgium. Firebase Hosting delivers public pages through a global network, including Fastly. Requests can be processed outside Europe.
Hosting providers process request metadata, including IP addresses and requested URLs, for delivery, security and operations. Firebase Hosting retains incoming IP data for a few months. Our Cloud Logging buckets use global storage, with 30 days of retention for ordinary logs and 400 days for required infrastructure audit logs. Cloud SQL is configured to keep seven automated backups and seven days of transaction logs; seven backups do not guarantee deletion after seven days. These periods are separate from application-record and application-backup expiry.
