Who runs the service

Fmind Cyber AI (cyber.fmind.ai) is run by Médéric HURIER - Fmind.ai, France. By checking a domain, unlocking a report or creating an account, you accept these terms. About and legal notice

Who may use it

Fmind Cyber AI is made for businesses and other organizations. You must be at least 18 years old and act for the organization whose domain you check. The service is not meant for children or for consumers' personal use.

Your domain and your consent

Unlock reports and use the AI analyst only for domains your organization controls or whose owner asked you to manage them. When you prove a domain, with an email address at that domain or a DNS record, you confirm that authority.

By proving a domain, you agree, for its owner, to our passive checks of its homepage, TLS, public DNS, security.txt and public registry data, and to Google Web Risk lookups of its homepage. By asking for an AI analysis, you also agree that our AI agent reads public pages of that website: at most 8 pages for a basic analysis and 16 for a premium one, only links it finds, never sign-in or forms, and nothing the site's robots.txt forbids.

Acceptable use

Do not use Fmind Cyber AI to attack, test or disrupt any system, to get help compromising others, to check domains you are not allowed to manage, to break the law or to get around our limits. The AI features run on Google Cloud: your use must also follow Google's Acceptable Use Policy and Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy. What the service is and is not

Fmind Cyber AI observes public configuration from outside. It is not a penetration test, an audit, a certification or a guarantee that a website or mailbox is secure, and it cannot see every page, account or system. Google's listing results come from Google, which cannot guarantee that they are complete and error-free. Limits

AI output is advisory

AI analyses and assistant answers are written by Gemini models on Google Cloud. They can be incomplete or wrong: check them against the report's findings, which stay authoritative, before you or your provider change any setting. They are not legal, insurance or professional advice.

Accounts and teams

Keep access to your email and sign-in codes to yourself. Organization owners decide who joins; invitations go only to addresses at a domain the organization proved, and members can read the organization's reports.

Plans

The Free plan has no charge. Business and Pro are offered as free pilots until payments open; their allowances are shown on the pricing page and may change before then. Paid plans will be sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record, under terms that will be added here first. Pricing

Suspension

We may limit or suspend checks, AI features or an account or organization, or end a pilot plan, when it is misused, puts others at risk, breaks these terms or Google's policies, or when the law requires it. Unless security or the law prevents it, we tell the account owner why.

Availability and liability

During early access the service is provided as it is and may change, pause or stop. We work carefully but cannot promise that it is always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for changes made on the basis of a report or an AI output; nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
